Hov founded the firm in 2018. He acts today as President and Trial Attorney.
Hov primarily practices in the areas of catastrophic personal injury and insurance bad faith. Hov has been recognized for his work and extraordinary results for his clients. Hov seeks justice for his clients.
As an “ex-defense” lawyer, some of Hov’s noteworthy experience includes handling the Union Oil Coverage Actions (a multi-state, multi-billion dollar oil contamination case), multi-million dollar class-actions, hundreds of catastrophic injury cases and financial elder abuse.
Prior to his work, Hov graduated from Southwestern Law School (SW Law) and attended UCLA for undergrad.
Hov is a historian interested in constitutional free speech in his free time.
